Shipping policy

We will ship your items (orders) with Japan Post EMS, ePacket, DHL, or FeDex, depending on the types of the items. The Shipping Cost is FREE.

• We attach the tracking number. (International Mail EMS or ePacket )
• Shipping is only available to the address entered in The Industry Works.
• Please note that any address not entered in The Industry Works is not acceptable to ship.
• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
• We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" as prohibited by US and other government regulations. US and International government regulations.
• If you want to ship another address, please feel free to ask us.
